SALTZBERG, DIAN: Beloved wife of Steven Kessler. Mother of Alexandra Silvestri and Simone Metzger. Daughter of Ella Saltzberg. Grandmother of Milo Metzger and friend to many, passed on February 24, 2016. She was the most beautiful person on the inside and out, always working to help others, often putting them before herself. Before retiring as Director of Special Education at Brentwood Borough Schools, she revolutionized special education, giving every student she worked with a chance for a brighter future. Everyone she touched was better off for having known her. We will forever share the love we have for her with one another. She made the world around her and everyone she crossed paths with more beautiful. She was a warrior throughout her ten year battle with cancer, fighting each day to spend more precious time with the ones she loved and cherished.
