GLICKMAN, ROSALIE: Age 87, on Thursday, January 5, 2017. Daughter of the late Sadie and Harry Levite; predeceased by husband Eugene K. Glickman and son Scott Lee Glickman, and by brother Robert Levite and his wife Marlene. Mother of Audrey N. Glickman. Grandmother of George S. Dorfman and Trevor K. Leong. A 1947 graduate of Allderdice High School, Rosalie ran two businesses simultaneously, her husband Gene's Argene Upholstery & Rug Cleaning and a Viviane Woodard distributorship, while raising her children and serving as an officer in her Hadassah group. She also worked at times for the state Parole Board, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Pitt/UPMC; she retired from work in the Personnel and Budget offices of Mayors Caliguiri, Masloff, and Murphy. A tireless, loving, generous, and punctual woman, she excelled at positive nagging. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 11 AM.
