TERKEL, MARSHALL: On Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Beloved husband of Marlene Terkel; loving father of Lee (Beth Anders) Terkel and David (Susannah Cuenca); step-father of Lori Cohen-Schiller and Melanie Cohen; brother of the late Fred (Helene) Terkel. Also survived by eight grandchildren. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Sunday at 11 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services ( 10 - 11 AM). Interment Shaare Torah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Humane Society, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15233. www.schugar.com

Our condolences to Marlene and the family. A terrible loss of a dear friend. Sixty years of friendship. Just lost my brother Jerry 3 weeks ago and now another heart breaking death. I will miss him.
