ZIONTS, ALBERT J.: Peacefully at home surrounded by family, on Sunday, July 6, 2014; Beloved husband of 61 years to Shirley Lyon Zionts. Loving father of Gail (Micha) Raz, Harry L. (Laurie) Zionts and Leon S. (Nancy) Zionts. Brother of the late Rose Erde, Samuel M. Zionts, Della Krakoff, Ruth Morgan, Ben Zionts and Edward Zionts. Loving grandpa of Ariel (Elana) Raz, Hadar (Yossi) Bahir, Ilan Raz, Yuval (Adi) Raz, David (Aviella) Zionts, Shana Zionts, Kayla Zionts, Allison Zionts and Danielle Zionts. Great-grandpa of Omri, Keren and Barak Raz and Shacher, Tamar and Gal Bahir. Also survived by devoted nieces and nephews. Albert was the co-owner and President of Monarch Oil Company since 1974. Previously he was the Vice-President and Sales Manager of Helms Express. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (1 - 2 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Please accept my deepest condolences. Al was a wonderful, one of a kind man who brightened everyone's life. Thanks to you, Shirley, for sharing him so generously with the community. He will be missed.

We remember with great fondness our wonderful times with the Zionts family in Wheeling years ago, and especially the kindness and sweetness of Al. We send our warmest condolences to the family.
