BROUDY, JOSEPH: On Sunday, September 21, 2014; Beloved husband of 70 years of Leah (Shapira) Broudy. Loving father of Dr. Arnold (Regina) Broudy of Fox Chapel, Dr. Norman Broudy of Wilmington, DE, and Dr. David (Virginia) Broudy of Seattle, WA. Son of the late Jacob and Nettie (Rosenthal) Broudy. Brother of the late Norma (late Ben) Davis, the late Dorothy (late Emanuel) Glick and the late Allen (late Brooke) Broudy. Grandfather of Daniel (Leah) Broudy of Fox Chapel, Michael (Michelle) Broudy of Fox Chapel, Sarah (Paul) Kreiner of San Francisco, CA, Laura Broudy of Seattle, WA, and Daniel Broudy of Seattle, WA. Great grandfather of Jacob, Emma and Natalie all of Fox Chapel. Survived by nieces and nephews. Also survived by his caretaker Sam Benkovitz. Mr. Broudy was a restauranteur for 50 years in East Liberty, proprietor of Broudy's Restaurant and a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 12 Noon. Visitation one hour prior to services (11 AM to 12 Noon).
