SNYDER, LILA ROSENTHAL: Formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away in Boca Raton, Fla., on October 27. Beloved wife of the late Mervin A Snyder, she is survived by her loving children, Amy (David) Carples and Barry, four grandchildren Michael and Seth Gitner, Zachary and Sydney Snyder, and her sister, Audrey Reichblum. Lila was a graduate of Winchester Thurston and Finch College. In the 1970s, she and her dear friend, Joan Benjamin, founded "Loot", a successful gift store in Shadyside. She leaves a legion of friends and relatives of all ages who will miss her wit, warmth, wisdom and spirit. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Thursday, October 30 at 1 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to services (12 Noon - 1 PM). Interment West View Cemetery of Rodef Shalom Congregation.
