GAAL, CHERYL H.: Suddenly on Wednesday, January 21, 2015; Beloved wife of Gary Gaal. Devoted mother of Sara Gaal. Daughter of the late Lawrence W. and Maxine J. Cohen. Cherished sister of Robert Cohen, Carolyn (Arnold Cantor) Linder and the late Calman Ira Cohen. Sister-in-law of Steven (Sheri) Gaal. Aunt of Samantha Linder, Lindsey (Martin) Wiley and Brandon Gaal. Also survived by many loving cousins and friends. Cheryl's teaching career spanned over 35 years between Community Day School and Winchester Thurston School. She had a special gift for bringing out the best in each and every student and will be missed by everyone whose life she touched. Always and forever. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (1 - 2 PM). Interment PRIVATE.
