IRENE STOEHR, a native of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on February 10, 2023 at the blessed age of 98 years young. Irene recently resided in the suburbs of Northbrook, IL. She was a deeply devoted and loving wife of 52 years to the late Harry Stoehr, cherished mother of Cindy and Dr. James Tauberg of Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania and Cantor Steven and Susan Stoehr of Northbrook, Illinois. Proud Grandmother (and Sweetiepie) of Jennifer (Tauberg) and Jason Kwicien of Baltimore, Md., Dr. Brandon and Lauren Tauberg and Joshua Tauberg of Pittsburgh, PA, Jacob and Ilana Stoehr of Livingston, New Jersey, Talia Stoehr of Chicago, IL and Alana Stoehr of Los Angeles, CA. Adoring great-grandmother to Madison, Bryce and Ryder Kwicien, Hayden and Hudson Tauberg, and Liv Stoehr.

Irene was a proud member of B'nai Emunoh Congregation in Pittsburgh and Congregation Beth Shalom of Northbrook. She found life's pleasures in her family and the friends she cherished.

Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11:00AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (10:00 AM - 11:00AM).
