DR. BARRY TENENOUSER: Dr. Barry Tenenouser passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025.

He was the beloved husband of Jeanne Tenenouser and father of Amy Tenenouser, Deborah Tenenouser-Hochman, and Marjorie Thibodaux. Dr. Tenenouser was the son of the late Helen and David Tenenouser and brother of the late Miriam Klater and Louis Tenenouser. He was the brother-in-law of Arnold and Barbara Epstein and the late Marvin Epstein, and uncle to David, Leroy, and Nanette Klater, as well as Margo and Lauren Epstein. He was a loving grandfather to five grandchildren: Leo, Jack, and Sophie Hochman, and Isabelle and Isaiah Thibodaux, and a great-grandfather to Lucy Hochman.

Dr. Tenenouser was a respected and cherished physician who left behind a legacy of compassion and dedication. Throughout Pittsburgh, he was known for his tireless work and the unwavering care he provided to his patients, touching countless lives during his career. He was deeply loved and will be remembered for his kindness, integrity, and commitment to healing.

Friends may meet at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 3 PM and then proceed to Homewood Cemetery for 4 PM Graveside Services.
