ROSLYN C. SINGER: Beloved mother and devoted friend, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025, at her home in Santa Rosa, California. Born in Allegheny County on April 3, 1938, to Hymen Chodock and Anna Chirsan, Roslyn spent most of her life in Pittsburgh before moving to Oregon and then northern California to be near her son. She held several jobs throughout her adulthood, but was most proud of the years she spent as a stay-at-home mother to her son, Matthew. She is survived by her only son, Matthew D. Singer, and her tortoiseshell cat, Midgee, whom she adored. Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 11 AM at West View Cemetery of Rodef Shalom Congregation.
