A PhD chemist, Dr. Broido devoted most of her 40 year career to helping others be successful with their scientific endeavors. She spent the last 21 years of her working life at the University of Pittsburgh, serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences from March 2003 - August 2020.
