Dawn - I am in shock, My deepest sympathies and prayers to you and the kids (and dogs too). I have many fond memories of attending Pitt Games with David, in particular sitting through a torrential downpour during a Pitt - Temple game.

I am sorry for your loss. Dave was a great lawyer, a mentor to other lawyers and a good friend. I was once in a video taped deposition with him where we represented different codefendants. During the break my husband called to tell me that my beloved 15-year-old dog had passed away. Dave had come in my office and overheard the last part of my conversation. He told me to go home and that he would cover my part of the deposition for my client. And he did. And we won the case.
