Grandmother of Nate and Jamie Bromberger. Norma was born on July 22, 1928 in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania to the late Ken and Lydia Phillips. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1959. Norma enjoyed volunteering with Meals on Wheels and was an avid reader. Graveside Services and Interment PRIVATE.
