EILEEN PECHERSKY: On Monday, May 30, 2022. Beloved wife of Dr. Jack Pechersky for over 50 years. Loving mother of Barbara (Jonathan) Thaler of Altoona PA and Jennifer Wagner of Pittsburgh PA. Cherished sister and best friend of Marcia (Robert) Freeman and Iris Riemer. Adoring Mimi of Brett and Alex Thaler and Lexie and Andrew Wagner. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of treasured friends. Eileen was passionate in her work as a medical secretary, assistant preschool teacher at the JCC and the Children's Institute, and as an incredible homemaker. Dear Dr. Pechersky, My thoughts, condolences, and prayers are with you and your whole family as you grieve the passing of your dear wife, Eileen. I know she battled cancer for many years. How brave she was to fight for another precious year, month, week, or day for the sake of creating more good memories her family. Brave, selfless, creative, and loving… what more could you ask for! May you all take much comfort in all the good times, and in all the ways she showed her love. With much sympathy, Beth Lucius
