RUTH M. GLASSER: On Monday, August 22, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Stanley “Sookie” Glasser. Loving mother of Jill (Asher) Gendelman, Danny (Kathy) Glasser, and the late Alan Glasser. Sister of her four late siblings Max Marcus, Morris Marcus, Helen Levine, Betty Weissman, and survived by her brother Leonard Marcus. Most cherished grandmother to Joshua Glasser, Ari Glasser, Moriah (Corey) Robins, Jessy Gendelman, and Eliana Gendelman. Survived by many beloved family members, all of whom meant the world to her. An avid fan of the Steelers, Penguins, and boxing, Ruthie shared an infectious laughter, was full of love and kindness, and will be greatly missed. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Wednesday, August 24 at 3 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (2 PM – 3 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery.
