My heartfelt condolences to the Forstate family.

I worked with Dr. Forstate at Forbes since 1990s and found him to be the consummate professional and a brilliant MD cardiologist. He was one of the most serious MDs I have ever known, and every patient was important to him, as they trusted him and were loyal to him. To me, Dr. Forstate was our go-to Doc who was always available to answer questions and willing to spend much time with his patients. He will be sadly missed. May the memory of his life and spirit live in our hearts forever. Dr. Bob
