Dear Heather and Carolyn, I'm sorry for your loss. You all were such a close/closed family that we didn't understand, I know we weren't close but that doesn't mean we didn't think of you and wonder how you were getting on! I hope you get through this sad, difficult time for you. Cousin Fern

I met Bud and his wife at giant eagle fox chapel . He loved to chat with me and I always appreciated the kind words . Just a good soul and no matter what kind of day I had he always told me To keep my chin-up

Heather and Carolyn: there are not enough words of consolation to ease your broken hearts!! But together you made your Dad’s final days so wonderful. I got to know Dad through Mark and then there was our Whole Foods connection with Pat K. He would always come through my register when checking out. My best memory will always be how he called me “Dear” whenever he saw me!! I am so happy I stopped by Panera 2 weeks ago to see him! Again I am so sorry!!

What an amazing man who will be remembered for his kindness and friendship and for how much he loved his family. Deepest sympathy to Heather and Carolyn, two wonderful daughters that took care of their dad and allowed him to live a long, happy life

On behalf of Western PA SCORE, we offer our condolences to Bud’s family, especially his daughters Heather and Carolyn. Bud was a dear friend to many of the Pittsburgh SCORE members and provided mentoring support with many of us throughout his tenure. His service was noted recently with the high honor of a Diamond Award.
