I want to express my condolences to the family of Ed Goldston. I remember Linda from my days at Temple Sinai and I believe that Ed was a member of Three Rivers Lodge B'nai B'rith. I was the editor of the newsletter for several years.

Joe and family, Your Father z”l will be sorely missed. He loved his family. He was always so positive. I loved talking to him (sometimes we spoke on the phone too). Baruch Dayan HaEmet

My cousin Eddy, never Edward, was a saint. In the 50s my grandfather, Eddy\'s uncle, contracted Alzheimer\'s, although we didn\'t know that at the time. Eddy got him in a home, I believe Mayview but he didn\'t quit there. He drove my grandmother, his aunt, to visit his uncle every Saturday morning. He got me my first job with the city. He taught me a lot about life and the real estate business. And after I moved away from Pittsburgh, he called on every holiday. We talked many times over the last 10 years. I will dearly miss him and is infectious laugh.

It has been a few years since the last two me I have seen Uncle Eddy. But i remember how he always had a smile on his face, even when his fisical health was nit amazing. Always a smile, always a laugh, optimistic, warm, with a wink and a glint in his eye. He really was a character. (One of a kind). Even though we did not see him often, It was very nice to get to see him once in a while, he really made us feel welcomed. I send you all my condolences. Thinking of you guys. מן השמים תנוחמו. His memory should be blessed. יהי זכרו ברוך. תהא נשמת צרורה בצרור החיים.

So sorry. Your dad was great. I remember him throwing oranges from the JNF float in the Israel Day parade, always coming to wish Grandma Brown a happy holiday and showing family first. Cherish the memories.
