DAVID ARCH GORDON: Passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. David was a deeply beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, nephew, and friend. He is survived by his father, Peter (Robin) Gordon; mother, Lisa Gordon (Martin O'Brien); sisters, Abby (David) Verret and Elizabeth (Jesse) Coslov; grandmother, Patricia "Oni" Gottschalk; nephews, Ari and Eli Coslov; stepbrothers, Zach and Jake Sonnenklar; and stepsister, Becca (Kevin) Young. He is also survived by a large and loving group of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as his cherished dog, Ryder. David's passing was preceded by his grandfathers, Ira Gordon and Norman Gottschalk, Jr.; grandmother, Nanette Gordon; and aunt, Laura Gottschalk Carb.
David was a Pittsburgh native and a long-time resident of Squirrel Hill. His curiosity, humor, and uninhibited warmth brought infectious joy to all who knew him and left a lasting mark on so many. He worked in real estate, but had many passions and pursuits including music, family, and teaching his brilliant dog new tricks and commands.
