JANET ARONSON: She passed away with her daughters at her side on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Loving mother of Leah Matthew (Michael Matthew) and Lynn Garfinkel (Patrick Williams). Cherished daughter of the late Harry and Della Schrieb and beloved sister of the late David Schrieb. Devoted grandmother of Rachel Matthew, Aaron Matthew and Reuven Williams. Janet had a wonderful sense of humor and made good friends everywhere she went. Janet was a passionate liberal democrat, participating in several causes close to her heart, including the Obama election, Israeli peace movement with J-Street, and other progressive conferences with the Daily Cos. Janet was an avid reader, a french speaker, and an amazing cook. Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 11 AM at Beth Shalom Cemetery.
