GERALD B. MARCOVSKY: Age 81, died on Thursday, September 11, 2025 peacefully in his sleep after a long illness. He is predeceased by his parents, the late Rosalind and Abraham Marcovsky and brother David Marcovsky. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Robin, devoted sons, Andrew and Stephen, beloved daughters-in-law, Tiffany and Susan, grandchildren, Ellie, Jack and Abbey. Also survived by sister Lynne and brother-in-law Mark Frank.

Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to service (1 PM - 2 PM). Interment West View Cemetery of Rodef Shalom Congregation. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, (alz.org) or a charity of your choice. www.schugar.com

Robyn: So sorry to hear about Zele's passing. I have such wonderful memories of all of us together, not to mention the special times with Zeke: Penn State (how you both must have cringed while I had the 3 hour phone calls to your SDT suite); hockey games; duplicate bridge; pregnancy annoucements;neighbors in Mt Lebanon. I don't have your phone number so please reach out to me when you are able so that I may give you more personal feelings about the loss of one of my dearest friends. May our lovely memories of Zeke live on.
