Cherished sister of the late Stanley Shapiro. Devoted grandmother of Steven (Sierra) Lautman and Drew Michael; great-grandmother of Rinoa and Grayson. Sherry was born and raised in Squirrel Hill. She attended the University of Pittsburgh before her marriage to Gerald (Jerry). She was an avid reader and loved restaurants, the theater, travel and fashion.
