BASKIND, SANFORD: On Thursday, November 21, 2013; Beloved husband of Thelma Weiner Baskind and the late Shirley Baskind. Beloved father of Jill Baskind, Michelle Baskind (Michael) Rothman and Barbara (Larry) Miller. Step-father of Jim Weiner, Debbie (Paul) Dickey and the late Dan (Wendy) Weiner. Brother of the late Ellen Langue. Brother-in-law of Edwin Langue. Loving grandfather of Lee Scheinbeim, Julia Scheinbeim, Lauren Sapolsky, Leah Miller and Elliott Miller. Step-grandfather of Todd Dickey and Sara Lily Weiner. Sanford was a US veteran having served in the Army during WWII. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday at 10 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (9 - 10 AM). Interment Temple Sinai Memorial Park.
